It provides a clear overview during an incident, showing you exactly what’s happening, who is working on resolving the issue, and when the problem is fixed. This feature is available on both the website and the Beepr app, so you can stay updated on-the-go!

Beyond real-time monitoring, the Incident Timeline serves as a valuable tool for reviewing incidents after the fact, helping you refine and improve your internal processes.

When does Beepr log an incident

Beepr logs every failure in the Incident Log, even if no alert is sent. This means if a monitor briefly goes down and recovers on its own, we won’t disturb you with an alert. Instead, alerts are only triggered based on your chosen priority level and the schedule you’ve set for specific times and days.
