Allow notifications​

If you're not receiving alerts, your phone may be in "Do Not Disturb" mode. Follow these steps in your Android settings to make sure you always receive Beepr alerts:

  1. Open Settings and scroll down to Notifications.
  2. Tap App Settings.
  3. Find and select the Beepr app.
  4. Ensure Allow Notifications is turned on for all Beepr notifications.

This setup should ensure you receive alerts even when "Do Not Disturb" mode is activated.

Change alert notification sound​

The Beepr app features its own alert sound, designed to balance urgency with subtlety. If you prefer a different sound, you can change this on Android. Here’s how:

  1. Open Settings and scroll to Notifications.
  2. Tap App Settings.
  3. Find and select the Beepr app.
  4. Tap Alerts.
  5. Select Sounds and choose a sound that suits your preference.
